Main working principle of modular multi group seam
1. Supporting force transmission system
When a high-speed vehicle passes through the expansion device, it generates vertical and horizontal reaction forces on the expansion device. The middle beam of the expansion device is erected on the supporting crossbeam that spans the main distance, and the two are combined to form a force bearing body. Through the pressure bearing, the reaction force on the expansion device is transmitted to the edge of the expansion device. At the same time, the expansion device moves freely in the direction of the expansion and contraction displacement of the bridge deck.
2. Elastic control system
The contact surface between the supporting crossbeam and the pressure bearing and compression bearing is a sliding surface. By controlling the action of the spring, the expansion device can adapt to the continuous deformation of the bridge and maintain equal gaps. When the seam width is above 35mm, the sealing tape can be replaced without causing any damage to the structure.
3. Waterproof performance
The precision designed sealing rubber strip can not only be used to seal the gap between steel beams, but also adapt well to the expansion and contraction changes of the structure. The sealing rubber strip beam end is tightly matched with the steel groove, making it difficult to come out.
